If you can't find your order confirmation, please have a look in your spam folder. It should be sent within 10 minutes of your order. If you have received your order confirmation but not your shipping confirmation it's most likely because it has not been shipped yet or has been shipped the same day but you won't receive the tracking and shipping confirmation until later in the afternoon.
After you've placed an order, we'll email you with all the details. Orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 3 business days. Once your order is sent, you'll receive an email with the tracking number.
We ship within 3 business days. Your tracking information is emailed when the package has been dispatched. If you haven't received this mail please contact us.
If a delivery attempt fails, it will sometimes be delivered to the nearest service point, we therefore ask you to call your local postal carrier to see where to pick it up or whether it will be delivered on another day. If you need any help, please contact us.

All our jewellery is made of sterling silver. Our sterling silver is .925 pure so we guarantee our jewellery is 92.5% silver with the remaining 7.5% being other metal alloys which help make the silver hard enough to be made into jewellery. Without proof of purchase, we reserve the right to deny warranty claims. Eligible Products: The lifetime warranty applies to jewelry purchased directly from Bucavi or authorized Bucavi retailers. It does not cover items purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers or acquired through resale. Exclusions: Our lifetime warranty does not cover the following: a) Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or improper handling. b) Loss or theft of the necklace or box. c) Any alterations, modifications, or repairs made by unauthorized parties. d) Normal wear and tear, including scratches, fading, or tarnishing over time Warranty Claim Process: If you discover a manufacturing defect or craftsmanship issue with your Bucavi jewelry, please follow these steps: a) Contact our customer support team by emailing contact@bucavi.com. b) Provide your proof of purchase and a detailed description or images of the issue. c) Our customer support team will assess your claim and guide you through the necessary steps for repair or replacement. Shipping and Handling: When making a warranty claim, you are responsible for safely packaging and shipping the item to our designated address. We recommend using a reliable shipping method with insurance and tracking. Repair or Replacement: Upon receiving your warranty claim, our experts will evaluate the item. If the issue is covered under the warranty, we will repair or replace the jewelry, as per our discretion. If the exact item is no longer available, we will offer a suitable alternative of equal value. Limitation of Liability: Our liability under this lifetime warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the jewelry as outlined in these terms and conditions. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Please note that the Bucavi lifetime warranty is non-transferable and exclusively extends to the original purchaser. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights under consumer protection laws. Bucavi reserves the right to modify or discontinue the lifetime warranty program at any time, without prior notice. However, any warranty claims submitted prior to the program's termination will be honored under the terms and conditions applicable at the time of purchase.
